One bedroom is a large room that has a queen bed; this bedroom also has an office area with a desk, chair, and TV/computer monitor. Another bedroom has a queen bed with a closet, and the third bedroom has 2 extra long twin beds.
the apartment is the upper floor of a 3 unit building in windmill square in hayward On the lower floor, there are 2 quiet business offices. The apartment has exclusive access to the building's lakefront.
access to the apartment is by stairs only, so guests must be able to go up and down stairs There are exterior stairs that lead out to the back yard and waterfront of Lake Hayward. Guests are welcome to use the lakefront.
