Beautiful, rare touches including baby grand piano, poker table, and newly renovated designer bathroom. Located on Pedernales River - CURRENTLY DRY for summer 2024 due to recent drought.
what's a swim spa ? a perfect combination of a pool and hot tub
- it's the size of a small rectangular pool - approx 15 feet x 8 feet
- one end has hot tub seats with massaging jets The other end has smooth walls and – get this – several underwater jets that create a strong enough current to swim in place, or push you to the other side (kids love that).
- you control the temperature – a wonderful feature when the summer sun makes a normal pool too warm
