access to the villa is via a 150 m unpaved driveway leading to a parking area with two covered spaces and three uncovered spaces The surrounding 5-hectare grounds include olive trees, natural vegetation, and light-coloured stone. A stone courtyard wraps around three sides of the villa, with outdoor seating areas outside each bedroom. Two dining areas shaded by wooden canopies are located just outside the main living areas, one of which includes a large table and mobile barbecue. The pool terrace and wooden sun deck are a few steps below the main living areas and enjoy wide views over the countryside.
