With 800 feet of brook + brook-fed, swimming pond and waterfall on 2 acres of private land. Beautiful flower gardens in the summer. You are in the Green Mountains but less 2 minutes from a gas station, groceries, restaurants and ski shop and bike shop.
total land is 55 acres. Park 2 x SUVs in the driveway and 3 x SUVs across the road in from of our barn (not included in the rental). Flat land and 800 feet to hard surface roads.
